Brian Blitz Named Group Publisher
Clinician Reviews® and Convenient Care™

PARSIPPANY, NJ May 20, 2008 — Quadrant HealthCom Inc. is pleased to announce that Brian Blitz, PA-C, has been named Group Publisher of Clinician Reviews® and Convenient Care™, the Official Peer-Reviewed Journal of the Convenient Care Association, a new publication that will provide clinical content addressing the needs of nurse practitioners (NPs) and physician assistants (PAs) who practice in the unique and rapidly expanding retail/convenient care clinic environment.
Convenient Care™ will be included in Clinician Reviews®, a monthly publication combining the most trusted clinical content with exciting topical news and professional information. The new journal will reach approximately 10,000 NPs and PAs working in retail/convenient care clinics. Convenient Care™ will publish in August, October and December 2008 and 6 times in 2009.
Brian brings a wealth of experience as a medical publisher and as a PA. Most recently, Brian worked as associate publisher and publisher for Consultant magazine and Consultant for Pediatricians. Prior to that, Brian was publisher and general manager for the McGraw-Hill Companies, Healthcare Information Programs. He directed the special projects and medical education division of the clinical healthcare group. Brian also worked at Clinician’s Publishing Group as an associate publisher and publisher of Clinician Reviews®, Clinician News, and Neurology Reviews®.
“Brian has a thorough understanding of the importance of relevant and accurate clinical content from both a publisher’s and a physician assistant’s perspective,” said Amy L. Brian is a board-certified physician assistant and an adjunct clinical assistant professor at Long Island University.
