Tom Cooney Joins Quadrant HealthCom Inc.

Tom brings a wealth of experience as a Publisher. He has worked in
publishing for more than 16 years, including time as Regional Manager
on New Equipment Digest and as Publisher at EE Product News.
Prior to joining QHI, he founded Competitive Media, LLC and launched
New Jersey Blitz Magazine,
a statewide magazine and Web site dedicated to New Jersey high school
football.
