Quadrant HealthCom Announces New Design and Circulation for The Female Patient®

PARSIPPANY, NJ November 28, 2005 — Quadrant HealthCom Inc. is pleased to announce a new design and circulation format for its women’s health publication, The Female Patient®. While continuing its mission to serve readers with cutting-edge, practical and clinically relevant educational content, The Female Patient® will reach a select group of healthcare providers for women.

Beginning with the January 2006 issue, The Female Patient® will publish one edition per month reaching the universe of ob/gyns, 12,100 primary care physicians identified by volume of female patients and related prescribing activity and 8,000 nurse practitioners who are self-designated in women’s healthcare. It is this highly productive circulation of 62,000 prescribers that drives the female health market.

Celebrating its 30th year in publication, The Female Patient® , has undergone a complete design and layout change. The cover has been redesigned with a more contemporary look and will increase appeal to readers by highlighting article titles and providing page numbers for easier access to content. Inside the publication, readers will find more graphics, more color and succinct departments and articles. The Female Patient’s makeover was done with the input from readers and its Editorial Board to insure that its’ new look meets reader needs.

The Female Patient is the only women’s health publication that delivers these three segments of crucial providers where the primary care physicians and nurse practitioners are offered as bonus circulation. That’s a 50% greater reach to those specialists that matter most in women’s health.
